Trobles with encondings

Hi there!

I'm using SMF 2.0 in my forum. And it's set to Brazilian-Portuguese language...

Some strange thins is happening..

- Codes there are correctly interpretated in the body, where are in the title bar on browser don't...
like: 'Tópicos Recentes Não Lidos' (this is the code and how it's showing)
Tópicos Recentes Não Lidos' (this is how should be shown)

- Other problem it's in the avatar url, that doesn't acept url encodes like '20%'
