Logs warnings in the forum - how to delete

Hi, I have this question, whether it is somehow clear the logs warnings inserted in a forum? Because they are visible in the profiles, but over time they can gather quite a lot - if they can be reset somehow?

Can you please explain a little more what do you mean by logs warnings? Can you post a screenshot?

when you have the warning system enabled all the warnings ever issued to a user shows up in the warning page for each user. they want to truncate it.

Mainly my point here is that once these very old logs to delete - but I have no idea how
