How to include just a board on another page.

Sorry if this is obvious, I haven't had any luck in the search, but I'm sure it has to be easy.

I just want to include a board on a separate page, but without my usual header and footer and such.  Just the board itself.

So, is there a way to all up a board (include?) and pass a template (that would have all this stuff removed) or something.

Sorry this sounds confusing, which probably why my search didn't work.

I'm afraid this is a little bit complicated to do.  It'd be easier just to query the page itself, or possibly to call the MessageIndex() function from MessageIndex.php itself.
