I think it would be nice if people would spend a little more time on these themes.
80% of them suck. And why not add working mods to them. Bloc and a Few others make really Nice Skins, But most you just change some text color or background color and call it a new skin.

2. That's not critism, that's insulting.

3. Alot of themes do have extra features that come with them. But that's not what a theme is for.

I consider what you just said quite rude. You should not say a theme sucks. That is quite offensive to the theme authors out here that spend a lot of time making their themes. Just because you may not like it doesn't mean it has to be bad.

You say most themes don't change much. I see many more themes that change a lot than that change just the colors.

I can just see this turning into a flame war.  Theme authors on SMF volunteer their time and do the best they can.  If you don't like 80% of themes you have to choose from, use the other 20%.
