Trouble login to forum- admin and members can't login and out of forum

This issue was notice after I changed my admin password. Now, I login but I can't access my admin area. I can't login and cannot logout anymore. Same problem with other members. need help please. Thanks

You are unable to login at all , if that is the case then first try to clear your browser cookies, try again if you are sure about your password. Else, read this :
