How to send out newsletter to emails in SMF 2.0.1

Hi i have 3000 emails from my old poker forum, and now i installed a new forum and need to send out newsletter to their emails but where in the admin panel can i do that. I been looking but cant find, it was easy on my last SMF admin panel.

Under News and newsletters you can find option to send newsletter to all members of forum, you can even give more email address in Advance Mode found at bottom of page.

I want to send out a short automatic message to all members who didn't login the pas 120 days.
Do I need to put all those members in a separate group first? If yes, where can I put those members into one group quickly and easily?
