You have not removed upgrade.php

I just upgraded my site to from SMF 2.0 to SMF 2.0.1 and everything went OK but  one problem. The upgrade.php file is not showing up for me to delete it and i'm getting the "You have not removed upgrade.php warning on my site. All the other upgrades I seen the file and deleted it. It's just not there this time. The bottom of my site is showing SMF 2.0.1

Marking this problem solved. I was using IE9 and some of the files were not showing up. I switched to firefox and the upgrade.php file showed right up.
