Características:
     Esta aplicación nos permitira publicar un cover al momento de crear un tema.
     El cual se vera en el indice de foros.
    
     Opciones
     Activar/Desactivar.
     Publicacion del cover:
          * Obligatorio (Si no rellenan el campo no pueden continuar con la publicacion)
          * Opcional (Pueden poner el cover o pueden no ponerlo)
          * Covert Default (Si no ponen un cover pondra una imagen por defecto)
     Tamaños:
          * 75px de ancho
          * 100px de ancho
          * 150px de ancho
     Permisos:
          * Solo podran publicar los grupos que cuenten con los permisos adecuados.
     Foros:
          * Seleccionar en que foros sera visible el mod.
