Wrong number of reports shown to Local moderators

Board (local) moderators can only see reports from their boards in moderation center, but in forum header they see a total number of reports from all boards.
String: There are currently ... moderator reports open.

The counter is placed in function recountOpenReports() in file Sources/ModerationCenter.php and it doesn't depend on mods installed.

No, this is a bug, the count of open reports is global, it never runs an extra query to grab boards that the current user is moderator for.

Strangely to me on my test forum the number of reports to each mod is getting display exactly it should be.
