How to change text on Front / Homepage

I did a lot of searching, but I most be blind  Where do I change the text that is displayed on the Frontpage / Homepage of my forum? I have disabled registration and it says now "Warning! Only registered members ..." I would like to change the text so that people know they have to email me with their desired username and I register them.
Anybody knows which file I am looking for? Thanks in advance, SY

grep -R "Only registered members" *.php tells me that Themes/default/languages/Login.english.php contains the line

$txt['only_members_can_access'] = 'Only registered members are allowed to access this section.';
Is that the message you want to change? Be careful when you modify the text that any apostrophes are escaped:  not don't, but don\'t.

Thanks a lot! That was exactly what I was looking for! Works perfectly now, thanks for the help and the warning, I have been known to make that type of mistakes
