"Board does not have a valid parent" but "find & repaid function" doesn't fix it

Hi!
Can anybody help me on how to fix this error i've been having in my forum for a while now?

All of a sudden, some weeks ago, i got an error regarding one subforum section i have (which was apparently moved under another forum section without me doing anything) saying:

<name-of-board> does not have a valid parent. Use the 'find and repair errors' function to fix this.

I use that function through forum maintenance as told, the task gets completed successfully but i still get that same error.

As a result, i cannot create any new subforums or new sections or edit the already-existing ones.

Can anybody help? Maybe a way to fix this straight through the database?

Do you have any mods installed? And what version are you using?

i have installed a handful of mods. simple portal, aeva media and forum firewall to name a few. My version is 2.0.2.

Can you post a list with every single mod you have installed?

i erased the ones that are not installed. I hope this can help. :/

anyway, i "played" a little with the boards table in the database through phpmyadmin and i solved the problem myself. Thanks for your time. Topic solved.
