SMF 2.0.1 MALFUNTION AFTER RESTORING BACK-UP

just yesterday i had issues with my hosting company and after settlement ,my site was not coming-up and i dont have a recent back-up , so i decide to restore an old back-up and the site is working now but the problem is that i cant access some  menu in the admin panel. Each time i try ,it will just show a blank screen. Pls how do i go about it  without losing any other thing again? Pls i seriously need help

You've checked the file permissions?

Admin>Packages>File permissions.

Tell us what PHP version(s) are involved; what SMF version(s) the backup and current system are; did you restore the database, the files, or both; how did you do the backup and the restore; what mods are installed. If you are restoring a backup from an older SMF version it is possible that there are incompatibilities you will need to deal with.

it was my hosting hosting company that did the back-up and every otherthing in the forum is working fine but just that a mod Enotify by CreateAForum.com is showing in the footer of the forum even when its not among the mod installed .
Pls note : i mistakingly install the mod 3times and it caused my above error but it was restify somehow but i cant seems to remember how i did it then . Pls help

yes i have checked file permission and i dont seems to find any problem there.i have also updated to smf 2.0.2 now but the problem is still there

the backup i am using presently is  for september and the smf version then was 2.0 and all mod too was for 2.0 but i have updated to smf 2.0.2 now but the error is still i.e when i click on  modification seeting and also features/options it will just display blank page
