Is there a Banner Module for SMF?

Sorry if this is really newbie... but so am I?

I notice at the top here there's banners... and I'm trying to do the same.

when I roll over them the link says /adsystem/...blahblah... is "adsystem" a module for SMF?
where can I get it?

Or is there a banner rotator built in already and I'm just missing it?

Not a coder at all so I'm hoping it's an FTP/ drag and drop thing

No that banner on the top is not part of the forum software.  There is this mod you can try to use this 1.  Download it from HERE.
