When I click anything in my forum, it takes between 3-5 seconds to jump to that page. Sometimes it gets even longer.
I use a modified forum with a big logo and some icons, but they are gif images and I don't think that they are the reason.
I followed related topics and applied basic edits regarding avatars or some Features & Options items. However, the results are not satisfying.
There are at least five anti-spammer mods installed in my forum, and I start to think that I have to uninstall some of them.

Stop Spammer
Stop Forum Spam
Forum Firewall

I need your advices at this point. I would be grateful for any help you may offer.

who is your host? how many users/posts etc are on your forum?

My host is JustHost. There are 37 members and 1613 posts. It is a small community.

your host is an overseller, if you are having issues with so few users then you must be a very overpacked server. find a new non-oversold host and your problems will go away.

Thank you for the advice. My membership will expire in 2014 so I guess I have to wait unless I want to pay again, am I correct?
How can I understand if a host is an overseller or not?

Thank you for the information. I see more clearly now. I would ask for a refund, but my data is more important than a refund actually. Although we are a small community, it took a great deal of effort and pain to create our forum and write our articles.
I decided to pay for a more reliable web hosting service but I don't know even the basics of host changing. Should I contact my host and tell them "I don't want you anymore" or should I contact a reliable host directly, without asking my host about it? Do I have to do something in order to protect or transfer my files? Unfortunately I'm not good in these things, and some brief information would be very useful.
