FORUM ERROR: please help

I am getting an error on my forum when the submit thread button or reply is pressed. It doesn't happen 100% of the time but 1 of 3 posts probably. When setting up our forum we went from /forum1 to /forum in the url so not sure if this affected something or need to add/delete something to the code.

Have you fixed the paths to your forum in admin > configuration > server settings > database and paths ?

If you changed the location of the forum, not only run repair_settings, but also clear your SMF cache.
