Messages.. More than one message with in an hour

OK so my members tell me they can only send one message in an hour...
I cant find the area to fix this could someone direct me in the right direction.....

Also how can I hide the Administrator that show up under my screen name ? ?

Admin>Security>Anti-Spam>Number of personal messages a user may send in an hour.

Admin>Membergroups>Modify (Beside "Administrator"). Change "Group name:" to whatever you like, or leave blank, as you prefer.
