Not able to register

Hi

I am having a problem with my forum. I am using the default theme, whenever I clicked on the registration button its just refreshing the page. its not going to the registration form.

How can i correct this?

What mods do you have installed, if any?

don't think I have any. what are the different ones? I am using SMF 1.1.14 as this is one i have to use with my site

Try going into Admin > Administration Center > Package Manager > Browse Packages. That will tell you if you have any installed.
