Okay my forums is normal but i see some russian users registered to my forums.

3 users....

is it a hack attack?
I banned the 3 russian users.

Edit: Anyone register with MDSN and anyone has a russian signature.

No, it's almost certainly automated users registering to be able to post spam to your forum.
Holder of controversial views, all of which my own.
