Removing a mod

I run my partners forum with him which is here http://www.streetcruiseuk.com/
I am trying to get rid of the last bits of a mod  called enotify
on uninstalling it there were no failures that I could see but it hasnt all uninstalled as the atachments show
how can I get rid of it.

If you go to the mod's download page, Angie, you'll see a parser (Just below the download link(s).

If you use that, it'll tell you what edits are made.

You'll need to reverse those edits that the uninstall didn't make.
