RC3 to 2.02 Please help

I did everything by the book.
when I uploaded 2.0.2 through filezila (I even chomped 777), all I get it this.
I placed all the files into public_html where to forum is located. its under cpanel if that helps.

What did you do with Settings.php when you uploaded new files ? Did you run upgrade.php ?

I didn't do anything with setting.php

I did try to run upgrade.php with the above result.

while dumping the new files to public_html, I overwrote over the existing files which I assume is correct?
Should I have deleted everything in public_html first?

Whats the permissions set to on the public_html directory ?

Well it'll be better with 750 if poss.

Without actually taking a look, I'm running out of ideas.

Have you tried repairing the settings:

What is repair settings php

Upload the file to the root of your site (same place as index.php) and follow the instructions.

750? What's wrong with 755/777? There's no risk if your server is safe. If it's not safe, no CHMOD will save you.

Did you overwrite your settings.php file? I think that's what Storman was asking about before . If you did, there should be a settings_bak.php. Copy that and change the name to settings.php and delete the one you uploaded by mistake and try that?
