i mean, when you click the link of "Show new replies to your posts"
it shows you all the threads that you have a post in.
But what if i dont want a SPESIFIC thread to be listed?
There is no option for it in SMF 1.1 beta 3 public.

SUGGESTION:
I think the "unreadreplies" option should be MERGED with the subscribtions option.
This way, user will be automaticall subscribbed to a thread whic she/he posts into. (ofcourse that will be available to them to cancel automatic subscribtion)
And it will be very easy to subscribe/unsubscribe and very easy to follow the threads we have posts in.

Automatic subscription is already there.
Profile -> Notification and Email
Check the box next to "Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic".
The "subscriptions" area will also show a "new" icon when there's a new reply to a topic you're subscribed to.

[unknown] , why not to make it?
you ofcourse have the rights and the *power* to not to accept.
