Changing the Help page (at navi bar) To something else?

Would I actually be able to change the help page at the top of the navi bar and maybe make it something else? Ea... Like making a Videos page? ( html codes linking to Youtube videos. )
That would be awesome to be able to do this because the help page on the navi bar doesn't really utilize any purpose for anyone on the forums. Neither does the search on the navi bar.

You can edit the menubar maualy in /sources/subs.php or you can download a MOD to edit the menubar
