Connection Problems

Installed SMF with my Godaddy SQL database.

When I go to index.php, the page reads:

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

I've been trying all day, and keep getting the same thing.
Any ideas?

Have you changed any passwords lately?  If so, you may need to use repair_settings.php to change your database settings.  What is repair_settings.php?

tried going to /repair_settings.php and get the "No input file specified." message...

Did you upload it?  As the post I linked to describes, you can get it from the downloads page.

Turns out I had to reload the "sources" folder to get everything working...
