i got "access denied" cannot enter forum anymore

every page leads to "access denied" i did nothing, and it came suddenly.

i did repair settings but everything seems ok.

no nothing, blank page with "access denied" in the top left corner

ok, it was blocked by antispam center by 1&1 due of massive newsletter sending

Every webhost has got Email limitation. You can only send certain number of emails under a specific period of time.

Contact your webhost and ask what's their limit? and then configure your Forum Settings accordingly
