i installed  ajax chat integration
i m getting this error

how to remove this

Removing the mod might fix your problem.

That or changing your forum out of UTF8, or making a UTF8 compat file for the shout mod

Most of the time simply copying the Shout.english -file to Shout.english-utf8, if one wasn't included in the mod, would solve it.

i have two website. so i try the same thing on my second website.
when i rename the shout.english to shout.english-utf8
there are no error
is that okay to do this?
