spam over e-mail from SMF forum

Hello all,
Please can someone help me with this issue.
(Hope I will explain it right)
I have all kind of security for new member - captcha and question and at the end admin confirmation of new member.
But somehow someone sending mail, news... something... over my site and it look like this:




and when I open: SHOW THE ORIGINAL I see this:

Turn off "Allow members to email me" feature in your profile, or you can choose to hide contact information for guests which will not allow them to send emails.

Admin -> Configuration -> Security and Moderation -> General -> Do not reveal contact details of members to guests
