Trouble with Feed

I can't find at least where to start, I mean, searching the web and there is no one with the "exact" same problem as me.

My rss feed is http://forum.mghospedagem.com/.xml/?type=rss

and everytime I try to validate it, I get this:

well, I think some of the problem might be your inclusion of the html tags in a forum post....   Why are you doing that?

omg, I was afraid that would be the issue...

It's not me, it's that I'm using autofeed, and it uses html to convert the feeds, so...

Um... the RSS feed takes posts, pushes them through the bbc parser then outputs them (and the fact that every post will contain br tags is another side matter entirely... they're even STORED IN THE DB like that)

Um, that's not what I was saying - the contents of your forum's feed will contain HTML. It's kind of supposed to do that - nothing to do with the importing of other feeds.

I guess you didn get me too.

The auto feed mod depends on html tags activated, in order to get the feed's content and place it on the topic. SMF doesnt not pull full html due to security measures, but it pulls the basic, like images and a hrefs. It's not the fault of the source feed. I'm suspecting the mod is puttin one more  tag in the post, so it comes duplicated.

It doesn't matter what the feed posting mod is doing. That br tag is something SMF puts in all the time. Every end of line has one - a gap between paragraphs gets two. There's no duplication. There's an underlying problem with the SMF feed generator not stripping HTML properly.

SMF by itself puts the br tag by default, or is it a bug, or is it the feed itself?

What should I do, then?

SMF puts the tag there for every end of line. It's done that for over a decade.

Smells like a bug in the feed handling for some reason.
