Plese help, wrong username

I accidentally typoed my email as the username, and I can't change it. I'd rather not have my email out there as you can imagine. I can't find where to ask for help, otherwise I'd pm a Mod or Admin if I knew where to look. Can a Mod or Admin please change my username to Itchigo? Thanks.
