Membergroups out of order?

When I list members by position is lists their position of course, but for some reason they seem out of order.
Administrator at the top of course then it should be Global Moderator, not Full member right? I've attached a screen shot so you can see what I'm talking about. I never made any changes. Can anyone tell me why they are listed this way?

Also, if you click on any of the headings (such as User) then you can "sort" the list.

If you want to sort by user Id then you need to refer to the list in the admin centre:

Administration Center » Members » View All Members

Just clcik on the heading that says "ID" and it'll sort by ID......and Admin will be at the top....
