Is there a way to have the quick reply toggled on by default?

It's in Themes and Layout > Member Options, right down at the bottom where it says Use quick reply on topic display.

Don't forget that you'll need to click on "Reset all members' current options for this theme", under the theme name.

I think it's odd that this setting's not global, myself...

Thanks guys.  I'm still learning my way around the admin panel.  Just wanted it on by default because one member didn't even notice it was there.
