Cant upload any mood

Hello. I always used smf 2.0.2 forums, and I could always upload mods.. But now, I didnt use SMF for a year and I just  made a forum, and now when I upload mods (downloaded legit off your site) it doesn't let me upload. Like, I upload them and then it just opens a blank page.. Then when i try it again it says you already uploaded this mood? (example: Simpleportal) need help please.

(Simpleportal seems to be rearing it's head a lot with this issue as well...)

Happens with all the mods i try to upload, but themes works fine

Yes I read it, and its not that. I always used this webhost and it always worked exact the same moods.
Also I do have unlimited.

in which case, the thread that I pointed you to is likely to be your EXACT problem.

read that thread. do the things suggested in the second post....
