[RESOLVED]: Don't recieve any approval e-mail.

Hi,
I'm using the latest version of forum ( 2.0.4 ), default theme and German language.
I had setup to approve all new topics and post first (admin) before it has been posted (viewed).
I didn't receive any e-mail for approval request but on the board I can see sign "!" on the topics where new posts are.
What could it be?
BTW, I'm receiving approval e-mail for new registered users...

Go to Moderate on the main menu.

Then Preferences > Change Settings

Check the bottom option is ticked.

I don't know how but it's working now.
I didn't change anything. Gremlin has gone. 
Maybe it was some server temporary error.
