smiley perimissions issue

i have a common problem that occurs many times as i see in the board,
i try to upoload a smiley, and i take an error,

The following smiley directories are not writable

Before i post, i read many similar cases, but that does not help me out,
i check paths, permissions etc all is ok!
In the beggining, smileys cannot load at all, so i make a new directory like Smileys2
and i copy everything there.
Now smileys are loading but still i get same message!

I want to mention that i move in a new server and i am suspect that it might be a server issue
cause i dont nothing more to check out!
But i dont know what to examine or ask my server support if is such a case.


Any brilliant idea of this?

Ask your host to ensure that you have full CHOWN ownership of the files on your site.

If this fail, then i dont know what other problem it may be!

yeap.... but also one path was different....
so to summarize, first point is the paths and second the 755 chmod issue in the directories....
