Locked out of forum as admin

I locked myself out of forum and now have no login option. 
I disabled quick login (all pages) to test out mod ADK Login)
but must have forgot to enable it before logging out.
So now the login button links to it but of course it's not active.

So please tell me, where in my files or database can I find the enable
switch for quick login( all pages)

I have smf 2.05

Can you not go to index.php?action=login and still login that way? That's the full login form.

Yes, that helps.

To be perfectly honest, I didn"t even think of that.

Will make a note to copy that down.
