Custom Field(s) for the first post

In many forums, information on the used software or whatever helpful.

That's why I think it would be good if you can query at the start of a theme. Or if you can force these details (optional).
The information should be displayed in the first post. And (optionally) on the board. See screenshot attached.

In the admin panel should be able to specify the number and content of the fields.

Note: The Schreenshots are not by an modification. The changes were made only in Google Chrome Web Inspector.

I've looked at all kinds of mods. Unfortunately, does not correspond to this requirement.

Why not? With the custom form mod, you can add ANY NUMBER of fields which get added into the post as the post text.

AH HA!, Thanks vbgamer.... I thought there was a mod to do it, I just didn't find it in a quick search because it is filed under "new feature" instead of "posting"

Is it also possible that the field appears automatically the first post?
If so, I did not get it. The only way was to get the query to face the suffix (index.php?action=form) manually enter in the address bar of the browser.
