Recent Topic panel

Hello I´ve searched for a topic-panel without any luck. If anyone can do a topic-panel with Topicnames and
viewers, nothing else it would be awesome. Like they have on this site http://www.fragbite.se [nofollow]. I don´t want
it to be outside the portal itself as they have, instaed I want it in a panel. And the functions should only be with
new Topics (over the) and Topics that recently have had any posts in it and end up at the top off the panel in order as it´s bumped.
This way I can put a whole lot of more topics in the side-panel itself and save a lot of space. So only 1 rowe/topic.

Anyone that could put some code together to fix this panel?
I had one just like this in php-fusion as a side-panel and it worked like a charm.
But every search I´ve done that could be the right one has no working link,
and I really put time into find one yesterday.. I don´t know how to configure
ssi.php so if that´s the only answer I´m going to get I would need your help
with this to, since I´ve already tried to follow a turtorial yesterday. But I realized
it wasn´t the same version as I have. Mine is 2.0.6. Sry if I got anyone confused but
there isn´t so much willing people out there who can help me with this one and
therefor I keep asking you all here instaed.

btw: Am I in the wrong section for this type of questions? If I am, pls move me to the right one
