Can't quote

I am unable to quote another user's post.  It "hangs" on a popup that says "Loading ...."  Perhaps this is a timeout issue ?  Any suggestions ?

Look in your browser for a JavaScript console and look for any errors there. Most browsers, this means accessing the developer console, which is usually opened with the F12 button.
