Linking with google analytics

Hi,
I am not sure if when a person visits the forum page on my website, it counts towards my traffic? how can I check and can I monitor this?

Well, there are several mods to add google tracking and google analytics code to your forum using an admin interface, or you can add it in manually, if you understand how to do so in php coded templates (in index.template.php)
