BBCode box not displaying

i'm having a issues with firefox and ie8, the bbcode box isn't displaying, chrome works fine and i tested admin/regular user accounts to see if was something about the configuration of the forum but the problem is just with firefox and ie8, i'll add a image to give you a better idead.

Is this happening if you use the default SMF theme, too?

If not, you'll need to ask, about this, in that theme's support topic.

in default theme work fine so i guess the theme have some kind of issue with firefox and ie8

Can you tell us which theme are you using?
Also, if possible put a link to your forum and a test account that we can use in order to see the exact problem.
