Need help with guests and urls

Is it possible for any of these

I want guests to be able to see the board options for example
General discussion
But not be able to view them.

or can you make it so guests view topics but cant see hyperlinks

Why?

Keeping guests out of boards like that also keeps search engines out of those boards, which means it's harder for people to find your site...

1- as Arantor says, anything you block for guests is blocked for search engines
2- I, and many people like me, will leave a site and never return if they force me to register in order to read content.  Requiring registration to post is good...  Requiring registration to read is a crappy way to treat potential users.
3- if you still insist on doing that, despite all the warnings, thre are several view-only board mods.

Oh, there are cases where a single specific board might have reduced access rights, e.g. boards for subscribers that you want people to know are there but you don't want to make available. But as a general process - like hiding from guests always is - no.
