Calendar - Previous and next month's events in month view

I would like, in calendar's month view, to have the previous and the next month displayed.

Anyway, is there a document somewhere that explain relations between files, where isa specific function, where it 's called etc...?

The files with 'calendar' in their name might be relevant, especially Subs-Calendar.php.
