I can't install modifications

Hello !
I have  a problem with my forum.. I can't install modifications, i receive an error about permissions.
This is the error :
An Error Has Occurred!
You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!
But in "File permissions" all are 777.
Where is the problem? I use Direct Admin as control panel.

Make sure there is a folder called "temp" inside Packages that is also writeable, create one if necessary. If that fails you might need to contact your host to check that you have full chown ownership of your files.

For future reference please don't open the same topic in English and native language support boards at the same time.  Cross posting across different boards is not allowed.  If you don't get an answer within a language board after 24 hours, then opening the same topic in an English support board is okay .  I have locked your topic in the Romanian board, given that your issue has been resolved here.
