Okay, I'm curious if there is a way to make all members of a certain group be moderators for certain boards only.

I have 3 special groups, and there are boards that they would be needing moderator rights to, but not all.
Also, the groups wont be needing to moderate the same boards.

2.1 has that, local moderators as membergroups.

For 1.1 there was http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=171

For 2.0, nothing I know of :(

Guess the only way, is permission profiles, and set them to the boards. One per group...lol

But, there would be the issue that sometimes, a board will need to be assigned to 2 groups, and can only have one profile.

Illori

then make another profile adding permissions for both groups to moderate.

Actually, I can add the one group's permissions to the other 2 profiles, as well as their own.
Meh... Works for me....LOL
