How to center logo and navigation buttons mobile-desktop theme

Hi, my forums are completed minus centering the logo and navigation buttons.  I have already posted in the theme section but was wondering if I could get some assistance with centering my logo and navigation buttons on the mobile-desktop theme.  I am using SMF 2.0.8 and my members will only be using the mobile-desktop theme.  Thanks

Hey Ninja, doesn't really seem to be much activity on the theme's thread and I have already searched for a fix for this with no results.

That does not change or make an exception for the rules about cross posting
not does it change the fact that we do not support custom themes in this section...     this is for support of SMF itself.  If you have issues or questions with a mod or theme, you need t bring it up in the thread dedicated to supporting that mod or theme....
