I included a stick menu after you reach 300 pixels down the screen.

Could you give me your thoughts? Perhaps it's overkill? It also is responsive, so if the screen is too small, it disappears, like on a cell phone. Try to increase the resolution to see what I mean.

Indeed... I like the fact that it has the main part of the logo at left. Looks very professional. :)

Sorry guys, I wasn't liking it. Instead, I made the code a lot learner and simply used my toolbar menu as it sits:

Please try it again and tell me what you think.

I find this variant a lot more functional for the community

I do like that better, too.
Always been a fan of having the menu right there, where can access it all time, without scrolling back to top. :)

Thanks, I have a developers thread here http://biology-forums.com/index.php?topic=143619.msg421314#top (includes all the codes you need to replicate :))

Looks good, but you may want to expand on what the template and script files are.
Since not all who will look will know.

Maybe state what files would be for regular websites and what files to edit and where, for a SMF forum. ;)

I doesn't work that well on my browser. I have the menu hidden first before it re-appears and sticks at the top. And the menu, is kinda well not aligned (left or middle?). By the way, I am a fan of javascript, though it can work nice. If simply using css can work, I will just use css.
