Word Censor not Showing Entry Fields

I have a fresh installation of 2.0.9 and the word censor entry fields do not show.  There is no place to enter the words or their substitutes at all.  I have two mods running, but they are the same mods I have running on another 2.0.9 forum and they do not affect the word censors. What should I look for? 

This is a brand new forum, so reinstalling it is an option.  I just hate to spin my wheels if I am just fogetting something simple.

Nevermind.  I missed something obvious.  The Add New Word link right there in front of me.  LOL.  Its funny.  I fought to find some sewtting, and did several searches for 30 minutes, and as soon as I posted this message I saw it.
