Please just keep it simple: one rule that everyone follows, big or small. Exceptions lead to more exceptions, lead to tangled messes.

What.. So, if someone mentions two lines of code to change on the forum, we can't do anything with it unless that same user submits it to github?.

sorry, but that is bs... :(

I am the first one to defend license restrictions... But there is a certain point where it becomes pointless.

Please do not PM, IM or Email me with support questions.  You will get better and faster responses in the support boards.  Thank you.

That wasn't what I said.

In principle, you and I both know you're right. In *practice*, though, I'm advocating one simple rule that applies equally.

You say 'at a certain point'. Where is it? Define it. Because if you don't, it can be challenged. Even if you do, it can still be challenged. Which is why obtaining some form of sign-off is a *good* idea. I'm not entirely sold on 'it must be via Github' but something that can be obtained and not challenged later is a good idea.

If you have one rule that's consistent and applies to everyone equally, you end up saving yourself hassle in the long run.
