New theme and mods

Hey and happy new Year to all of you. Is it possible to ad my mod to a new theme. The mods is installed but when i try to use the theme Armageddon, alot of the mods is not working, how to fix this?
I am using smf 2.0.9

Unfortunately, you have to uninstall the mods, install the theme, then re-install the mods.

Or, of course, make the required edits, manually.

On the mod's download page, you'll see a parser. That tells you what edits are made, to which files.

You only need to make the required edits to the files which are in the theme's directory. (They'll show as being done for the default theme).
