Creating a folder & extracting a zip file to it in php?

Basicly i need a script that when put in a folder, you run the script, it has text box, you enter a folder name, it creates a folder within the current directory, if a folder with the same name exists, it gives an error saying the folder already exists, please chouse a diffrent folder name, then if successfull it extracts the zip file to the created folder keeping the directory structure intact, then redirects to a specfied file that was extracted from the zip file .

Does anyone have a script for this.
