I installed a forum in here: hxxp:www.romaniancommunity.net/portal/smf1/ [nonactive] and I get an error at the bottom of the page:

Sorry, the copyright must be in the template.
Please notify this forum's administrator that this site is using an ILLEGAL copy of SMF!

Looks fine to me using both the default and the classic theme...

(so sometimes you can face this error, not always)
